HOURS OF OPERATION:

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30
A.M. – 5:00 PM

Service hours for individual clients
may be extended upon negotiation.

METHOD AND TIMING OF PAYMENT:

Payment for hourly services due upon
completion of service.

Payment for out-of-pocket expenditures
is also due upon completion of service.

All monthly memberships will be paid
in advance.

Credit card information will be held
as security for services rendered.
PRIVACY POLICY:
CONDITIONS:

All monthly service clients will
continue to be billed at the discounted rate for services
extending beyond 8 hours per month. The payment timing for
services beyond 8 hours will be negotiated.

Monthly package unused hours may be
rolled into the next month at the discounted rate. If all
current service time is not utilized within this next
monthly period, the remaining balance is forfeited in
perpetuity.

Work assignments will be undertaken
only if within the capabilities of our staff.

Signature Concierge of Naperville, LLC
may refuse any work it deems undesirable or unsuitable.

Credit card numbers held as security
will be charged, if a client fails to provide an alternate
payment upon completion of service.

Returned checks will incur a $40 fee.
