About Jerry:
Jerry is the founder and CEO of Signature
Concierge of Naperville, LLC. His areas of expertise include
ombudsman work on behalf of the medically disabled in dealing
with insurance companies, hospitals, medical service providers
and file preparation for federal tax purposes. Jerry’s corporate
experience has been with the Harris Bank/Bank of Montreal and
the Inland Heritage Corporation in Milwaukee.
Throughout more than two decades of advice
and management in fixed income investments, operations, public
finance and asset/liability management, Jerry has sharpened his
instincts, cultivated a competitive edge and helped hundreds of
institutional clients shape a winning financial performance.
Jerry has been elected to serve as
president on three business boards and committees in addition to
sitting on the board of a public television station. He earned
his undergraduate degree in pre-law at Providence College, and
completed significant coursework at Drake University School of
Law and Loyola University of Chicago’s graduate school of
Business.
About Mary:
Mary’s experience spans business, education and
politics, with an emphasis on providing top-notch personal and
administrative services and building strong professional
relationships. At Benet Academy in Lisle, IL, she served 14
years as college counselor and taught Honors Writing.
While there, Benet successfully placed 99% percent of its
graduates at their first or second choice colleges and garnered
outstanding offers for scholarships and financial aid. In
recognition of her tireless efforts and contributions, Miami
University in Florida honored Mary as its high school counselor
of the year. She ultimately formed her own
college counseling company that conducted research on colleges
and universities, provided outreach activities to companies
recruiting on campus, and advised individuals and families on
appropriate college choices and scholarship opportunities.
For nearly a decade, Mary also served as legislative director
for an Illinois state representative, assisting constituents
with problems, advocating legislation in essential areas, and
serving as liaison to various community and state groups. Mary
graduated from Marquette University with an English major
and went on to earn an MBA from Loyola University Chicago where
she was named graduate student of the year. She has also taken
post-graduate courses in English and writing from Northwestern
University.
Caroline McGillen (Carrie):
Carrie’s background includes performing all facets of
quantitative and qualitative research. She has worked with
Washington, D.C.’s top policy analysts at The Urban Institute,
conducting focus groups, survey implementation, database
management, and statistical reports. At the
Allant Group in Naperville, Carrie worked with fortune 500
companies performing mathematical modeling to improve clients’
marketing efforts. Carrie is fluent in Spanish and has
additionally tutored classes in ESL, math, and Spanish. Carrie
graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a double
major in Spanish and Theology and a minor in math.
